The Virtual Assister Collective…
It started with Lisa’s idea and Nikki’s spark. Together they created this beautiful environment of Christian women working together to put stay at home military and dredge wives to work. It’s been such a heart-work because they too are stay at home momma’s just trying to raise their babies while their spouses work so hard to provide for their families.
It was also so very important for Lisa to focus on military spouses, because she is not only a military spouse, but also a veteran herself. Nikki, being a dredge wife, leaving her job behind and uprooting her family to travel with her husband. Moving from job to job, sometimes even moving multiple times a year was called to reach out to other dredge wives as well.
However, they didn’t just stop there. Lisa had a vision of helping like-minded female entrepreneurs grow their businesses. So they got to work forming the collective, where they recruited longtime friend and fellow SAHM, veteran and military spouse Stasea. Everyday they work on making the collective better. Sometimes it’s a little scrappy, but they never fail to go above and beyond meeting their clients needs.
As a military veteran and a military spouse, Lisa understands deadlines and timelines. She uses her military skills and keen attention to detail in every aspect of her virtual assistance business. Lisa understands the positive impact she has on her client’s project and works on them as if they were her own. As as outside resource to you, she is incredibly resourceful and has been working in the Virtual Assistance arena since 2016. Lisa has been a network marketer since 2012 and is very familiar with VA needs for a leader in the Network Marketing Industry. Lisa has also worked with Non-Profit organizations and church organizations for the past 7 years. Her mission is to lighten the load for business professionals in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Newsletter Design, Logo & Branding, Social Media Strategy and Blog Post Creation, so they have the ability to put their time and energy into other aspects of their business while having confidence Lisa is behind the scenes to help facilitate the organization.
As a dredge wife, stay at home momma, homesteader, and lover of Jesus- Nikki has done a little bit of everything. From moving her family sometimes 2 and 3 times a year, to working in customer services and direct sales, to planning and running booths at trade shows. She understands deadlines, logistics, tech, and has excellent attention to detail. She started her virtual assisting business in July 2022, which quickly turned into web design, and she fell in love with it. Nikki approaches every project with her client’s needs and goals in mind, and treats every project as her own. With Nikki’s background and having to move her family often she’s become incredibly resourceful over the years. She’s been a leader in 2 Network Marketing companies and understands the needs of a leader in the industry. Her mission is to help business owners by lightening the load in Social Media Management, Content Creation and by Designing Webpages that Attract and Convert, that way her clients can focus their energy on other aspects of running their businesses and spending time with their families.
As an enlisted military veteran and spouse, Stasea understands timelines and how to meet a deadline. She uses her unique talents and skills to set up your socials and get you unique images that stand out with your brand. Stasea has gotten her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security. She has a unique way of looking at your business to give you the best results. Stasea has been a Network Marketer for years. She took those skills and created her own business for Resin, and is helping her husband create and manage his woodworking business alongside of his military career. She has taken those skills to network and get eyes on their businesses and wants to help others focus more on their passions instead of mundane tasks. Her mission is to bring your focus to your passion and take the load off the owner with Social Media Management, Content Creation, Logo & Branding, Social Media Strategy and Newsletter Design.
